About our masonry contractor team in Manchester

A light gray driveway paved with rectangular stones in a varied pattern, bordered by dark pavers beside a house.

My start in masonry was fixing older buildings

Before we started this business in 2023, I spent years doing upkeep for a property management company, patching brick, chimneys and foundations on a lot of older buildings. That's where I learned the trade. It's also where I got hooked on one question, which is why a wall failed in the first place, because a patch over the wrong cause usually just cracks again.

Manchester and the cities around it have plenty of older brick and block. Most of our calls come from homeowners and landlords with a crack, a leak or worn joints they want explained. I come out, look at it with you and tell you what I think is going on, and I'd rather tell you a job is smaller than you feared than sell you more than you need. You can see the work we do on our home page, or send us a note about yours.

What working with us is like for you

These are the things you'll notice from the first visit to the last cleanup, because they come from how I learned the trade and how I still run every job.

  • We find the cause before we fix

A crack, a damp wall or crumbling joints are usually a sign of something else, like water getting in or a wall moving. We track that down first, so you pay to solve the problem instead of covering it up.

  • The person who quotes it does it

I come out to look at your job myself, and I'm on the crew while we do the work. You won't hear one plan at the estimate and see a different one on the day.

  • A tidy site in a lived-in home

Years of property upkeep taught us to work around tenants, neighbors and families who still need to use the house. We keep walkways clear and clean up as we go, so the job doesn't take over your yard.

Licensing, insurance and permits for your job

  • Licensed and fully insured

Licensed and fully insured. That matters on masonry because we're working on chimneys, foundations and walls that carry part of your house, so ask to see it when I come out for the estimate.

  • Permits checked before we start

We check with the local building office before work starts and take care of the permit paperwork when a job needs one. In Manchester that's the city's Building Division, which handles building permits, plan review and inspections.
